High-precision automatic measurement of oil absorption (DBP absorption) for carbon black, electrode materials, and other powders. Through precise driving by a speed control motor, the temperature control function of the mixing unit, and our unique torque detection mechanism, it achieves stable measurement even for powders generating minute torque.
AGS-100
A scanner device that realizes automatic squeegeeing and high-resolution image capture of grind gauges. It supports a wide range of gauge sizes using dedicated attachments. By eliminating manual measurement errors and applying various filter functions, it enables the data extraction of fine particles and lines (scratches) that are normally difficult to judge with the naked eye.
AS2000-L
Simultaneously measures the hardness and pellet size of spherical samples such as carbon black. It achieves high-precision analysis utilizing a Z-axis actuator and high-speed measurement in about half the lead time of conventional models.
AHT1000
Simultaneously automates the measurement of crush strength and particle size for granulated powders (0.2 to 2.0 mm). Simply load the sample to perform continuous measurement of up to 50 points. By combining video recording of the crushing process via a built-in CCD camera with a proprietary filtering function that invalidates errors, it enables highly reliable data analysis.
VA-640
A Viscosity Controller that realizes accurate measurement without stopping, even in stirring tanks, by utilizing a proprietary casing method around the measurement part to suppress the effects of turbulence. With simple installation by just immersing the head tip into the liquid, its external communication functions enable automated control within existing equipment.
MHT-1
An automatic compression testing device (Micro Hardness Tester) targeting fine particles of 40 to 400 μm by changing the measurement stage. Utilizing our proprietary sampling technology to automatically disperse particles, it fully automates the repeating process from compression testing to cleaning just by loading the sample.
BST-α
Measures crease bending stiffness of paperboard and corrugated board with high precision using motor-driven constant-speed rotation. Capable of evaluating material properties from initial gradient values, this is the standard instrument for crease inspection.
